What is the best way to set up the diffuser?
Place the vase upside down on top of the oil bottle and flip the two together so the oil pours completely into the vase. Set the vase on the coaster provided to protect your surfaces. Then bend or adjust the flower stem so the flower rests directly on top of the vase opening.
How soon will I start smelling the scent in my home?
Allow at least 48 hours for the flower to fully absorb the oil and begin diffusing its scent. As it absorbs more oil, the flower will grow heavier and open up further, so be sure to adjust the stem and rest the flower directly on the vase opening to keep it balanced and diffusing at its best.
How long will the oil and flower last?
The fragrance oil typically lasts 2–3 months, while the flower itself should be replaced every 8–9 months to maintain the best scent quality. Oil refills and replacement flowers are both available for purchase online.
Can I use the same flower and vase for different scents?
We don't recommend reusing the same flower for a different scent, since the sola wood absorbs fragrance and will retain the original scent. However, the vase can be washed and reused with a new flower and scent.
What happens if I spill the oil?
Clean up oil spills immediately, as fragrance oils can damage certain surfaces if left to sit. Blot the spill with a paper towel or cloth, then wipe the area clean with mild soap and water.
What is the return policy?
Products can only be returned if they arrive damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong order. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can make it right — we'll typically ask for a photo of the damaged item or incorrect order to help process your return quickly.
What is the flower made from?
Our flowers are handmade in Thailand from sola wood, a light, porous material derived from the root of the tapioca plant. This natural wood is prized for its ability to hold shape while remaining soft enough to be carved, curled, and shaped into delicate petals — and it takes fragrance oils beautifully, making it an ideal diffuser.
What are the scents derived from?
Our scents come from fragrance oils that are free of harmful chemicals such as phthalates and parabens, making them a clean fragrance choice. This means you can enjoy long-lasting, beautifully scented flowers without the health and environmental concerns associated with many traditional fragrance products.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. If personalization is requested, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship.
